I object to this industrial site being located on a greenfield site on the edge of our village for the following reasons:
It will destroy the beautiful countryside between Dunston and Swainsthorpe.
The site is badly located on a busy road and cannot be approached by pedestrians.
Retail/industrial businesses, such as is being proposed here, should be encouraged to locate on more appropriate sites with existing and similar businesses to encourage and take advantage of other calling retail/trade customers.
This proposed site is bound to increase traffic congestion on an already busy road and put pedestrians at risk.
