Building low cost housing on this section of the proposed Ben Burgess retail/industrial site land with an exit on to Church Road is a bad plan for these reasons:
Swainsthorpe has no Doctors Surgery, No shops, no school and no facilities. People who buy low cost housing need local facilities. Those lucky enough to own cars will have to exit the site along a narrow lane on to an extremely dangerous bend in the village and the additional traffic this proposed development will bring will create yet more chaos and danger as they try to exit the village onto A140.
