My property backs onto this land. I and my family do not want any development on this site at all.
It would destroy the landscape and wildlife habitats. Red kites that nest in Dunston Woods are a regular sight, hunting over the fields.
Access onto the A140 is already a major problem and will only get worse.
Ben Burgess own other sites all over the region, is there really no other viable alternative than to transplant what is already a large commercial business at Trowse to Swainsthorpe? It smacks of corporate greed.
