This site cannot be classified as 'infill' development as termed in the JCS.
Access is proposed onto a blind bend on Church Road, how can this be safe? Recent traffic surveys have shown vehicular speeds in excess of 50mph through Church Road.
There are no amenities in the village to support such development with none planned.
This is agricultural land which if built upon would ruin the look and identity of the village.
