This greenfield development would have a negative impact on the surrounding environment and increase air pollution It would also increase peoples reliance on cars to get to essential amenities. There is a lack of these amenities in Fersfield. The closest shop, bus stop, school, pub and village hall are at Bressingham.
The Street is prone to flooding in this area and is difficult to walk easily for pedestrians, elderly, disabled and cyclists. It's used as the main route by heavy transport accessing the airfield grain store, industrial site and local chicken farms. It is impractical and unsuitable site for development
