GNLP0604R The location and size of this site is out of proportion with the village and also outside the current development envelope. There will be a great impact on the traffic flow of the A140 which is designated as a 'corridor of movement' and will, therefore add to the traffic congestion already experienced both along the road and any traffic trying to join from junctions along this artery. There is also a potential impact on the water table from building and road construction on this site.
