A much too large development for Swainsthorpe. Access is down a narrow close (Church View) which exits onto a sharp bend in the village. In term time, a school bus has to wait here or close by for pupils, and such a development would create further traffic problems.With no local services or amenities, the use of cars would be required for shops, doctors and other services. This would increase the traffic onto an already busy A140.
There would also be a detrimental effect on the view of the village, currently seen from the main road.
