This is a large industrial develoment on a greenfield site in a rural location.Access to an already busy A140 would increase the number of hold ups, due to vehicle movments from staff, customers and deliveries.The sheer size of the proposal dwarfs the village, and would increase light pollution to the area. The destruction of trees would be required for construction and for access to the site.It will bring no employment or other financial benefit to Swainsthorpe and does not fit in with the GN Strategic Employment Sites plan.
