The traffic generated from an additional 25 house sited at the end of Church View and entering Church Road at a bend will make the road even more dangerous. This increase in traffic together with the propose 20 house on Church Road and rat run traffic will cause havoc at the A140 junction.
At the Church View junction there is a children's play area.
It would be safer and more appropriate for the traffic from these 25 houses to be routed along the A140 within the sight and exit onto the A140 at the exit for the Ben Burgess traffic.
