It is inappropriate to re-site such a large commercial business which trades in large farming equipment etc. on a dangerous and crowded major road
such as the A140 next to a small village. The effect on the village
will be enormous.
The village will be affected by the noise and fumes from repairing and testing of heavy farm equipment. There will be security lighting clearly visible in the village throughout the hours of darkness.
The volume of heavy vehicles plus cars for some two hundred staff will have a great effect on the flow etc. on the busy A140.
