Swainsthorpe is a poor choice of location for a housing development of this size. To build on this particular site would destroy another 9 acres of our farm land on the edge of the village. There are no amenities in the village, no footpaths,no street lights,no Doctors,shops or schools and only one bus stop on the A140 with few buses!
The access to this site is dangerous as it is situated on a completely blind bend. The access from the village onto the A140 is already difficult and congested.
