This appalling plan has no redeeming features and there is every reason to throw it out. To commandeer a beautiful agricultural field of 27 acres when local industrial sites are available, with the infrastructure already in place, is criminal.
At present traffic on the A140 is at a standstill during peak periods and is extremely busy the rest of the working day. Access into the A140 for large,heavy agricultural vehicles will add to the danger and congestion. With an extra 200 to 300 cars on this proposed site, Swainsthorpe will become more of a rat run, increasing pollution and congestion.
