Stand alone Industrial and retail business on agricultural land is wrong.
Current village sewerage and drainage system is at maximum. Access to the A140 creates dangerous and disruptive highway area.
Car park for more than 120 vehicles plus 190 tractors and equipment next to a village is intolerable when under used alternatives exist. NCC own report concludes 28.7 years of available employment land in county.
MOD report risk to UK security if urban growth continues at current rate there will be a significant reduction in UK food security.
Re designating agricultural land for purposes already provided elsewhere is wrong
