The site has no suitable or safe access other than a blind bend. as there are no local facilities the cars from 25 additional properties will add to the busy use of church road at the very point where School bus drop off and church parking occurs.
At the time of this consultation this is productive agricultural land not infill and should be maintained as such as the village has no infrastructure to support this additional development.
