Respondent: Mrs sarah webster

Representation Summary:

This development of 25 houses is large scale for a village such as Swainsthorpe that has been identified in the Joint core Strategy as only being suitable for infill development.
Access is on a blind bend, opposite the children's play area and the church. This land at present is agricultural and is home to many different species of wildlife. Red Kites and Barn owls can be seen hunting the fields, as well as it being home to many smaller mammals.
There will be a further increase in traffic onto an already busy, congested and accident prone A140.
