Representation Summary:

Swainsthorpe is a small village with no facilities, it dos not even have continuous pavements, to allow you to walk the length of the village without walking in the road, and to add 25 more houses would not be a good provision for those who move into those houses, and would increase the traffic for the current residents in Church view to an unacceptable level.
More housing in Church View would spoil the peace and quiet of this small cul de sac and rob the residents of their view over open farmland.

Full text:

Adding 25 houses to church view would affect the balance of the village. There is only a tiny unmade road, to serve the current residents of Church View, which comes out at a dangerous angle to Church Road, and the increase in traffic would increase the risks of accidents at this junction.
Swainsthorpe is a small village with no facilities and to plan to add 25 houses to a village that has no shops, or even continuous foot paths where families could walk safely through the village seems to lack imagination
The additional cars ( 2 per family?) would mean another 50 cars using this unsafe access road to Church road and also leaving the village on the A140 seems to fly in the face of promoting safer roads.
