25 houses is far too many for an "other village" designated for limited in-fill only. Access to this site is via a track which leads on to Church Road, a busy minor road, at a dangerous bend with no pavement. It is opposite a play area and point of pick-up and drop off for the school bus. There is no bus-stop in the village (as indicated on the accompanying map) and no employment potential.
