Respondent: Mr Ian Garstka

Representation Summary:

It beggars belief that 27 acres of good farmland, next to a small village with no amenities, the only access onto an already busy A140 can be designated for a large stand alone agricultural business. Heavy agricultural equipment, articulated lorries and employes cars, not to mention the noise and pollution. It will dwarf Swainsthorpe and its people.
And you have to ask yourself, Why? There is perfectly good land designated for this type of business and I find it morally wrong that that land can be disregarded in favour of this appalling proposal showing total disregard of Swainsthorpe's residents.
