Access to this proposed plan is only onto Church Road, a narrow, badly lit road with minimal footpaths. It would also be on a blind bend and as most cars do not adhere to the speed limit through the village it would be a hazardous junction. There are no amenities to cope with the extra housing, no shops, doctors or schools. Just a waste of good agricultural land.
