Criminal use of agricultural land this site should be on Industrial or Brownfield with the infrastructure in place not in a rural location. Access onto the busy A140 by over 100 employees and large slow moving machinery will compromise and clog this vital road. Increasing commuting time for residents along this corridor from Diss to Norwich ,more pressure on our emergency services. Impact on residents noise, air, light pollution. Impact on wildlife Red Kites, Barn owls sky larks. Impact on rural South Norfolk. This stamps as greed on behalf of Ben Burgess no thought given for the consequences only profit.
