98% of Swainsthorpe residents signed a petition opposing the Ben Burgess proposals. This speaks for itself in objecting to this interim stage which seeks to re-designate productive arable fields into 'area suitable for development' thus clearing the way for the planning application. How can this proposal fulfil any of your own requirements? i.e: "use growth as a means of enhancing the quality of life of existing residents"- this development does the opposite. "result in economic, social or environmental benefits which justify its location"- is laughable.Instead Traffic chaos, flooding, pollution, loss of amenity, destruction of the rural character. It is unsound.
