This is dangerous site for development due to the blind bend. There are no facilities to sustain a development of this size and presumably South Norfolk Council have no plans to provide them in this time of austerity and uncertainty. I also have concerns about the quality of housing provided. The exit from Church Road onto the A140 is already difficult and dangerous without extra traffic.
