I believe this would be bad for the area because all these people would want to use the same services in Hellesdon that are already stretched. The centre of Hellesdon is chaotic at times because of a lack of parking and this ends up with drivers parking unsafely. There is no room to build more parking in the parish as well. I also feel it is important to keep this as green space and countryside because Hellesdon has so little of it inside. How else can we teach our children to appreciate nature?
