Representation Summary:

It is important to keep this field as it is. There isn't enough open space inside Hellesdon and for the residents this is somewhere they can go to walk their dog and get away from the city without having to drive. If this area got refused planning permission for being a cemetery why would it make sense to then put 250-300 houses on there? Also Hellesdon is having enough houses being built already, if all towns accepted an extra 20% there would be more than enough houses in the country for everyone
