This site is outside the current development boundary and is completely detached from the main settlement. There is no access via pavements to the school. Hainford has minimal facilities and new residents would have to rely on motor vehicles to access employment and shopping. Access would be via the A140 which is difficult with fast flowing traffic in both directions. The area is prone to flooding and is adjacent to protected species and woodland. As an "other" village this development is totally inappropriate.
