Representation Summary:

A140 dangerous busy road which has seen many fatalities. Destruction of a beautiful green field site when Ben burgess could purchase nearby industrial land. Light and noise pollution. Potentially more traffic onto church Road which could be used as a rat run. In my opinion wouldn't contribute to the Greater Norwich Local Plan as it will cause congestion with Ben Burgess workforce having to drive to work. We are supposed to be saving our planet environmentally this is a disaster!

The A140 is in my opinion a dangerous road where drivers take risks due to frustration of being busy most of the day. To put a major industrial site on a beautiful greenfield site is destructive, especially when there are other industrial areas close by to relocate to. Ben Burgess has no conscience when it comes to halting the traffic even further putting extra minutes on peoples journey to work or school run and congesting it even further with heavy farm machinery. Would also add light and noise pollution never mind the interruption to the community of Swainsthorpe. Drivers could use Church Road as a rat run to save time congesting this small country road even further. Church Road is often single carriageway in parts and the arterial road eg Gowthorpe Road is single lane this could cause mayhem.
