This is the last significant piece of open land central to the village of Brundall. We currently have very little recreational land for the community to enjoy. With local services, Doctors, School and roads under such pressure what we do NOT need is another 170 houses built on this land. Development as a recreational facility would enhance and benefit the lives of the 4500 population of Brundall. It would also comply with the Brundall neighbourhood plan which was adopted by Broadland District Council, and protect the views across to Blofield, so that we can continue to enjoy this fantastic site.
