This development is unsuitable for our small village.The main concern is the increase in traffic this development would generate adding greatly to the already impossible situation getting to and from the A140. There are no facilities in the village such as a shop, school etc To sum up this proposal would have a detrimental impact on our environment and would add nothing to the benefit of the village.
