New, Revised and Small Sites

Representation ID: 17514

Received: 29/11/2018

Respondent: Benjamin Eggleston

Representation Summary:

Access from this site would be very dangerous and unsafe for pedestrians and passing traffic. Current residents on this stretch of Taverham Rd already find it almost impossible to see on-coming traffic from either direction as there are many bends and blind spots. The same applies to the alternative access proposed at Macks Lane. The development would put lives at risk on a daily basis and ruin the countryside forever, and open up the prospect of further developments that would be difficult to control in the future. There are also serious environmental issues, such as flooding and run-off etc.
