I object to the development totally. This land has been used by the local community for years, with the land owner allowing this. Only recently has the owner put up signage baring people from using the fiend. The road system in Wortwell is not fit for purpose to support a larger village, there is no local shops so any new homeowners will require the use of cars causing more local pollution, there is no capacity at local dentists or doctors surgeries to take on any new patients - this has been highlighted by the CQC. This land has been refused planning permission previously.
