The site has unsuitable access onto the already busy A140. Accidents already occur near the proposed access due to the Stoke Lane junction.
The site would cause light and sound pollution to the village and the scale is not in keeping with the village.
The development should be on a 'brownfield' site rather than using a 'greenfield' site such as this.
There will be an impact to local wildlife and biodiversity with the loss of arable land.
The village has no facilities to support extra development.
