This proposed housing development would be totally unsuitable for a small community village such as Wortwell. The only type of housing that would be appropriate would be a ribbon development along the High Road. The infrastructure of this small village could not possibly support a large "estate" of housing.
To build on land that is needed for drainage would have a detrimental effect for the local residents in Wortwell. This is a Waveney Valley Village with a special character that would be lost if an inappropriate housing development was allowed.
