I was brought up in Topcroft from the age of 9- I am now 24 and saving hard for a deposit on my first home. There currently is nothing in the village for a first time buyer like myself as the houses are all large or have had large extensions added to them - Some young people would love to stay within the community where they were brought up but are forced out because there are no smaller houses being built. I Support this application because soon there will be no young people or young families in more rural villages.
