There is very poor internet here.
The sewage system is already inadequate - in heavy rain the South end of Bonds Road flows with sewage even now.
There are insufficient local services - more housing means more cars and they will be trying to exit onto the A140 which can already take 5 minutes at busy times. Many will be heading towards Long Stratton which is frequently a bottleneck. There is no village shop.
We moved to Bonds Road to live in the country at the edge of a village, not to live opposite a housing estate.
