My objections are
1. The sewer infrastructure is not adequate to support further drainage. At present in times of heavy rainfall over a period of time, the sewer backs up along Sneath Road affecting drainage from showers etc. Towards the western end of the road I understand that sewerage has overflowed into gardens. If the drainage from the proposed housing goes into the same sewer then improvements must be made which will disrupt existing housing.
2. There is a drainage ditch running along the Sneath Road side of the proposed site. This would need replacing.
3. Loss of countryside.
