Traffic on Taverham Road is becoming greater and it is now a bus route and further vehicles coming on to the road should be avoided at all costs. Any development here would seriously affect Mack's Lane, one of the few areas in the south of Taverham where people can walk in peace and safety in the countryside. It would be tragic to degrade this area and further encroach on the Wensum valley and also cause the deterioration of a very valuable local amenity.
