ruin a beautiful, characterful, broads village in the waveney valley
height of proposed properties vs height of my house
being overlooked
bank subsidence and damage to my garden and property
doctors overloaded and cant hire more gps
no dentist
schools at breaking point
putting the entirity of sancroft way and the low road at risk of flooding
pathetic public transport made worse by the councils recent choice to change operators
crime and drugs issues in harleston flowing from norwich
very few jobs
local roads cant cope
it will obliterate the value of all the property in the village
I object to this proposal on several grounds:
I would first like to object on the basis that the proposed plan would be right up against or even slightly over what i am aware to be my boundary. to further this point my boundary is actually level with my roof line so my garden and my house which has a french sliding door at the rear would be open to anyone looking in. one last point i would like to make about this part of of my objection is that the soil that makes up my bank is very sandy and it does shift even with the very rare tractors that work up there let alone a full working building crew.

it is almost impossible to get an appointment
no nhs dentist for miles (wymondham)

the schools have been stretched to breaking point including the primary school in harleston having to put up some temporary looking classrooms

i believe this development could put my house and my neighbours at serious risk of flooding

no decent public transport links to norwich
roads can't acommodate what could be an influx of 600 cars

crime in harleston is getting worse including rumors of the drug gangs of norwich trying to set up a county line in harleston
crime made worse by the fact there is nothing to do around here

there are very few (almost no) jobs around here which would increase traffic on the back roads to norwich (through albugh, hempnall green,hempnall, stoke holy cross ect)

it will entirely ruin the village

i will be looking at costing the loss in value of my property and working out a way to claim it back

it will force hard working working people like myself and my wife to move because we moved to this rural idyll to live a peaceful life in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the river waveney only to have it ruined by this moronic plan
