Respondent: Mrs Susie Roe

Representation Summary:

Swainsthorpe is a very small village with no infrastructure for commercialism. I strongly believe the risk to life will be high and safety will be compromised - limited paths - school buses - exiting the A140. Turning right onto the A140 highway is already an ongoing problem. ACCIDENTS WILL HAPPEN. The village is too small, the back lanes are a flood risk. The church is set on a bend. If you increase the commercial traffic through commercial development, families with children will not move here and eventually the village will die. Is that the GNLP plan?
