The local infrastructure is already under large strain - Both Harleston and Bungay would struggle to accommodate such a massive influx of people.

Increase in surface run off water will end up adding to the float risk of low road, despite measures like soakaways.
"Greater Norwich Local Plan" but there is no direct, good route to Norwich. This will lead to more traffic on rural roads no designed for it.
