The building of such a large development of mixed housing would have a real adverse impact on the village. Clearly the current infrastructure is stretched to the limit, medical support is one of the poorest in the country due to the lack of resources, so to increase the demands that this development would inevitably bring will have a real negative impact on the village and immediate surrounding area.
