I would like to strongly object to any development to this area for three main reasons. Firstly, this development would be against the wishes of local people who do not want additional houses built in the area due to the prospect of increased traffic, pollution, pressure on local services.
Secondly, this development would detract from the natural beauty of this part of Taverham which is appreciated by all residents.
Thirdly, it is close to the river Wensum valley which is an area of special scientific interest and I believe the ecology of this area could be disrupted by this development
