If the GNDP are legitimately: "Working together to protect and enhance the environment", allowing an 'unspecified' number of houses to be built on this particular site would be a misjudgement. It would inevitably set a precedent for further development behind Taverham Road, an area of invaluable ecological importance to the area. The owner of the site is obviously speculating!
