This site must be kept as recreational and leisure land for Brundall. It is the last remaining piece of open space in the centre of our village and is essential for access to all residents.
With the number of residents here at present our services (doctors, school, roads) are already overstretched, as is access to and from Brundall at Cucumber Lane roundabout via the A47.
The use of this land for leisure also complies with the Brundall Neighbourhood Plan adopted by Broadland District Council.
With approximately 200 properties built here recently we cannot cope with any more large building projects.
