The Council objects strongly to this proposal. It would represent complete over-development of Horsford. The existing highway infrastructure would be completely inadequate. The pleasant vistas highlighted in the Neighbourhood Plan would be lost and it would effectively create a second village disconnected from existing main settlements and with no village centre.
