The proposed site is totally unsuitable for development as it is in a High Risk area for surface water flooding. Any sort of housing will only increase surface water run off and further compound this. The road which the site abuts already floods. Furthermore, there is no infrastructure or amenities in the area. No buses or pavements and a road that is used daily by HGV's would mean an increase in pollution due to extra vehicles. Sewage treatment is also an issue here.
Fersfield is a lovely small community and this should not be compromised.
