The proposed development is too large for a village of this size which has no support amenities. It will add considerably to the already overused traffic on church road in particular the A140 junction which will cause major problems where traffic will be turning right into church road from the norwich direction, the existing turn lane being often full of turning traffic causing stoppage of traffic on the A140.The proposed access to the site is onto a blind corner and narrow roadway this in itself will cause ongoing difficulties. this proposal is too big for the village.
