As discussed please find below the text I would like to include in my representation for my site 0020. Also please find attached drawings of the current proposals for Brooke. As can be seen from the final diagram relating to our property 0020 I have amended the suggested settlement boundary [shown in red] to respond to the observations made in your initial site assessment regarding access to the highway. My revised proposal allows for road access through my own land onto High Green.
"In respect of the comment set out at page 59, I would advise that notwithstanding an initial contact with the adjacent landowner, I would request that you further amend the settlement area boundary as shown on the attached drawing, in order that you can satisfy yourselves that access can be gained from High Green."
