Traffic through Swainsthorpe is already excessive in amount and speed. Increased traffic joining Church Rd from Church View will exacerbate the problem. The junction of Church Rd, A140 and access road to Swainsthorpe Hall, Hall Farm and cottages is already hazardous before any increase in traffic in Swainsthorpe.
The view across agricultural land to the village and church should be maintained.
The current infrastructure in the village is insufficient for further development
