This development will increase the traffic on Church Rd which at this point is too narrow and also very congested at times. Furthermore it will add to the traffic congestion at the Church Rd junction with the A140 and also create further problems at that junction with access to Swainsthorpe Hall, Hall Farm and the cottages.
The infrastructure in the village is insufficient to support this development.
