This proposal would be detrimental to the village of Wortwell and the Waveney Valley.
1 It would double the size of the village in a very short time.
2 Local Doctors Nurses Carers Dentists Hospitals Schools etc are all overstretched now.
3 There are few local employment opportunities.
4 The extra traffic on the High Road would increase the danger of accidents at The Bell cross roads and increase congestion at the double T junctions onto the A143, Homersfield end, which is already accident prone. The Low Road is narrow, has many blind bends and is liable to flooding.
